Today we take a look at how all the incongruence around Elon Musk and the recent violence toward Tesla is harming the very mission of those who are doing the acts of violence. Believability requires truth, authenticity, and transparency. None of which is present in these terror like acts of violence. We also address what congruence looks like psychologically, sociologically, and culturally.

Tip of the day: When things no longer serve their intended purpose, we must explore their usefulness. 
Today we ask some tough questions about the education department. We explore the intended purpose which was very easy to find (literacy, civic virtue and productive citizenship/workforce development). We explore the tax burden as well as what education has become in the United States. We also take a look at the role you have in changing the educational culture. Tip of the day: Empathy is the key and empathy isn't boundaryless
In this episode we turn back the clock. We spent a lot of time putting together episodes in the past that emphasize empathy and because of the recent Oval Office interaction between President Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskyy, we thought it was time to bring it back for today. Hatred is still the wrong answer and if you can't see that, you're the problem. 
Watching or listening to this episode will break down ways to balance empathy and boundaries while remaining in REALITY. If we did this well, you will be irritated by what we say. Empathy creates discomfort in a lot of situations. Things like Trump's arrogance have to be acknowledged. Zelenskyy's blindness also has to be acknowledged. These are statements of judgment. They are facts that contribute to the picture of empathy. We can't empathize well if we don't function from a foundation of truth, authenticity and transparency. 
We are not a political podcast. If you're looking for politics, you're in the wrong place. We address current issues within our culture to provide people processes that help them navigate the world in a more healthy manner.
