Tip of the day: Empathy is the key and empathy isn't boundaryless

In this episode we turn back the clock. We spent a lot of time putting together episodes in the past that emphasize empathy and because of the recent Oval Office interaction between President Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskyy, we thought it was time to bring it back for today. Hatred is still the wrong answer and if you can't see that, you're the problem. 

Watching or listening to this episode will break down ways to balance empathy and boundaries while remaining in REALITY. If we did this well, you will be irritated by what we say. Empathy creates discomfort in a lot of situations. Things like Trump's arrogance have to be acknowledged. Zelenskyy's blindness also has to be acknowledged. These are statements of judgment. They are facts that contribute to the picture of empathy. We can't empathize well if we don't function from a foundation of truth, authenticity and transparency.
